Other trips/events
Throughout the year, we also run various one-off trips and events. Over the past few months we have been bowling a couple of times and had a pizza and games night. We are hoping to go to laser tag sometimes before the summer (watch out for more info!) and then in the summer holidays we will be taking a group to the Magnitude festival at Lendrick Muir. If you’ve not heard of Magnitude, it’s a huge Scottish Christian youth gathering that came about after Soul Survivor came to an end in 2019. We gather for 5 days of worship, teaching, seminars, great fun, lots of food and generally have an amazing time. Over the past 2 years the festival has been online due to Covid, but this year it’s back in person up at SU Scotland’s Lendrick Muir site, so we’re really excited to go along and be a part of it this summer! And then we have our own summer holiday club here at BBC, taking place from the 7–11th of August. It’s always an amazing week to be involved in, so come along and be part of the team for that too. For more info or to sign up to help, speak to John Burns or Isabel Irving.
